     The following Promotion, Transfer and postings of Section Officers  are ordered with immediate effect.

1. Sri.B.Prathapa Chandran, the Senior most Senior Grade Legal Assistant in the DPC (L) list is promoted to the cadre of Section Officer, in the scale of Pay of Rs.10790-18000  vice Sri.B.Surendranatha Thilakan, Section Officer (H.G) promoted as Under Secretary vide G.O. read above. On promotion he is posted  as Section Officer  in Law (Inspection B ) Department vice Sri.V.M.Chacko, Section Officer  transferred.
2. Shri..V.M.Chacko, Section Officer now working in Law (Inspection B) Department is transferred and posted on other duty as Librarian, Law Department Library vice Sri.B.S.Jayakumar, Section Officer on other duty as Librarian transferred.
3.  Sri.B.S.Jayakumar, Section Officer  now working on other duty as Librarian, Law Department Library is transferred and  posted in the reshifted post of  Section Officer, Law (Translation M V) Department.
