The following Promotion, Transfer and postings of Section Officers are ordered with immediate effect.

1.Sri.S.A.Sajeev, the Senior most Senior Grade Legal Assistant in the DPC (L) list is promoted to the cadre of Section Officer, in the scale of Pay of Rs.10790-18000 vice Smt.P.B.Radhika, Section Officer (H.G) promoted as Under Secretary vide G.O. read above. On promotion he is posted in Law (Opinion G) Department vice Sri.K.Chandrasekharan Nair, Section Officer transferred.

2.Shri.K.Chandrasekharan Nair, Section Officer now working in Law (Opinion G) Department is transferred and posted in Law (Publication) department vice Sri.S.Vikraman, Section Officer transferred. Shri.K.Chandrasekharan Nair, Section Officer is directed to attend to the duties of Law (Nodal) Department also.

3. Sri.S.Vikrman, Section Officer is transferred and posted as Section Officer in Official Language (Legislative) Commission vice Smt.P.B.Radhika, Section Officer (H.G) promoted as Under Secretary.
