                  Secretary, Kerala  Legislature  Secretariat  Thiruvananthapuram.

O R D E R

           1.  Sri. P. Anil Kumar, Typist Grade II Kerala Legislature Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram had applied for inter departmental transfer to Law Department vide the application read as above. The Legislature Secretariat vide letter read above informed that, that office has   no    objection   in   allowing   inter   departmental   transfer      to Sri. P. Anil Kumar.
          2. The Government have considered his application and are pleased to sanction him inter-departmental transfer to Law Department, Government Secretariat in the post of Typist Grade II.
         3.   In the circumstances sanction is accorded for inter departmental transfer to Sri. P. Anil Kumar, Typist Grade II , Legislature Secretariat Thiruvananthapuram on the basis of his request.  The inter departmental transfer will be subject to the conditions laid down in G.O.(M.S)No.4/61/P.D dated 2/1/1961 and subsequent amendments therein.  Further, the inter departmental transfer allowed to Sri. P. Anil Kumar is subject to the condition that he will be the junior most Typist Grade II in Law Department, Government Secretariat and he will not have any  priority claim for seniority according to the date of advice by the Kerala Public service commission

            Sri. P. Anil Kumar will be admitted to duty in Law Department as and when he is relieved of his duties in the Legislature Secretariat.
