THE KERALA STAMP (SECOND AMENDMENT)

ACT, 1972 *

An Act further to amend the Kerala Stamp Act,

1959

Preamble.—WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Kerala Stamp Act, 1959, for the purpose hereinafter appearing ;

BE it enacted in the Twenty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows :—

1. Short title.—This Act may be called the Kerala Stamp (Second Amendment) Act, 1972.

2. Amendment of section 45A.—In sub-section (3) of section 45A of the Kerala Stamp Act, 1959 (17 of 1959), for the words "six months", the words "two years" shall be substituted.
